Firecracker Fried Chicken Drumsticks

Hi Bellaca, Actually, the 175 is the grams of fat (yikes!), not calories from fat. Hmmm...at 9.8 calories per gram of fat, that means that there are 1715 calories from fat, leaving 60 calories for 2 drumsticks? That doesn't seem right either. You're definitely right, there's something off in the nutrition info.

Pretty Chicken Marinade

Hi amy1212, liquid smoke is a thin brown sauce that adds a smoky taste to food. You might be able to find it in the condiments section of your supermarket, near the BBQ sauce or maybe in the spice section near the BBQ seasonings. Good luck!
